Beverly Hills and the Westside

The heaviest concentration of big-occasion Thanksgivings in the city, mostly in hotel dining rooms. Prices run highest here, but so does the sense of event. Lawry's and the Polo Lounge are also in our guide to the best old-school Hollywood restaurants.

Lawry's The Prime Rib

Lawry's The Prime Rib

100 N La Cienega Blvd, Beverly Hills, CA 90211, USA

Lawry's is the move when your table cares more about prime rib than turkey. The holiday menu covers both: a full turkey plate with stuffing, gravy and cranberry, turkey-and-prime-rib combinations and the usual carved cuts. Salmon, sea bass and a vegetarian roast take care of everyone else. Details: 11 a.m.–9 p.m., with takeout pickup 11 a.m.–4 p.m. 2026 pricing is expected in early November.

Polo Lounge

Polo Lounge

9641 Sunset Blvd, Beverly Hills, CA 90210, USA

The Pink Palace does Thanksgiving as a full splurge. Starters like baked brie and a chilled seafood trio lead into heritage turkey, saffron seafood risotto, braised short rib, salmon or porcini pappardelle. The finish is a dessert buffet with pies, a churro station and made-to-order crêpes, and there's a separate kids' menu. Details: $280 per adult, with an optional $150 wine pairing. Tax and service are extra. Reservation times vary.

The Restaurant at Hotel Bel-Air

The Restaurant at Hotel Bel-Air

701 Stone Canyon Rd, Los Angeles, CA 90077, USA

The quieter, more tucked-away alternative to the Beverly Hills scene. Heritage turkey with all the trimmings anchors the menu, with options like New York strip, beef cheek, hamachi and sunchoke agnolotti, then pumpkin, pecan, apple and chocolate desserts. Details: 11 a.m.–8 p.m. $295 for adults, $95 for kids 12 and under.

THE Blvd

THE Blvd

9500 Wilshire Blvd, Beverly Hills, CA 90212, USA

A dressed-up three-course meal at Wilshire and Rodeo, with live music through the afternoon. The turkey plate comes with a turkey-leg pie and cornbread-chestnut stuffing, and short rib, smoked chicken roulade and a vegan cauliflower curry round out the mains. Details: Noon–9 p.m., live music noon–4 p.m. $195 for adults, $65 for kids 6–12. Gratuity is added automatically.

The Belvedere

The Belvedere

9882 S Santa Monica Blvd Ground Floor, Beverly Hills, CA 90212, USA

For a luxury-hotel Thanksgiving without a buffet line or a stage show. Three composed courses center on organic herb-roasted turkey, with seasonal starters and classic desserts like apple pie, in a room that feels like an occasion without trying too hard. Details: 11 a.m.–7 p.m. $210 for adults, $95 for kids 12 and under, plus tax and service.

Culina

Culina

300 S Doheny Dr, Los Angeles, CA 90048, USA

The biggest spread on this list. The Four Seasons buffet pairs Thanksgiving staples with dishes from a range of cuisines, a serious dessert spread and live entertainment all day. It's the easy answer for a big multigenerational group where no single set menu will please everyone. Details: Noon–7 p.m. $250 for adults, $125 for kids, plus tax.

Costa Covo Osteria

Costa Covo Osteria

9291 Burton Wy, Beverly Hills, CA 90210, USA

The best family math at the luxury end: kids under 12 eat free. Adults get heritage turkey with cornbread stuffing and a holiday dessert trio, and a short à la carte menu covers anyone who'd rather skip the holiday plate. It's dinner only, which suits families who want the afternoon at home first. Details: 5–10 p.m. $150 per adult; kids under 12 free.

Spago

Spago

176 N Canon Dr, Beverly Hills, CA 90210, USA

Wolfgang Puck's flagship gives Thanksgiving the same care as any other big night there. The four-course format works best for couples, adult groups and milestone dinners rather than a crowd that wants seconds of stuffing. Details: Seatings 2–7 p.m. $245 for adults, $145 for kids.

Sirocco

Sirocco

11461 Sunset Blvd, Los Angeles, CA 90049, USA

One of the cleanest deals on the Westside. $95 covers smoked salmon blini, soup or salad, a choice of turkey, New York steak or salmon, your pick of pies or bread pudding, and soft drinks and coffee, on a hotel property tucked into seven acres off Sunset. Details: Noon–8 p.m. $95 for adults, $65 for kids under 12.
