A good office holiday party starts with a place people are happy to go. That might be a steakhouse at The Star, a private dinner in downtown Fort Worth, a wine room in Grapevine or a round of indoor golf at Grandscape. Across Dallas-Fort Worth there's room for almost every version of the evening, from a ten-person thank-you dinner to a company-wide celebration.
Choose your part of the metroplex first. Haywire and Sixty Vines belong on a Plano shortlist, Dee Lincoln Prime and The Glen give Frisco teams two very different ways to dress up the evening, and Fort Worth has everything from Joe T. Garcia's margaritas to Grace's private rooms and Second Rodeo's beer-and-music atmosphere. Dallas brings its own deep bench, including The Henry, José and Electric Shuffle.
This guide covers 63 restaurants, bars and activity venues across the metroplex, from Dallas and Fort Worth to Plano, Frisco, Irving, Grapevine, Arlington, Addison, Richardson, McKinney and Denton. Published group menus run from about $25 to $160 a head before drinks, tax and service, and the budget section shows where each venue falls. Start with the map and the area shortlist, then look for the food, room and kind of party that fit your team.

Dallas
From Uptown dining rooms to Bishop Arts pizza, Design District steakhouses, breweries in The Cedars and shuffleboard in Deep Ellum, Dallas has the deepest bench in the metroplex. The entries run from team dinners through steakhouses and splurges to bars, breweries and games.

The Henry
2301 N Akard St Ste 250, Dallas, TX 75201, USA
An American menu with short rib, salmon, chicken and a vegetarian pasta, which means you can build a dinner for colleagues with very different tastes without anyone settling. The event spaces are what make it useful well beyond a single department's night out. For dinner and a few remarks, the second-floor private dining room seats 48, holds 60 for a reception and has a screen and wireless microphone. A larger cocktail party can take over the whole upstairs, with room for 300 standing. The private room, rooftop patio and full upstairs are different bookings, so name the one you want in the proposal.

Sixty Vines Uptown
500 Crescent Ct Ste 160, Dallas, TX 75201, USA
Sixty wines on tap, wood-fired pizza, charcuterie and shared plates. It's the easy answer when the team wants a wine-themed evening without a formal tasting, and the food is familiar enough to keep a varied group happy. The Terrace Room seats 30 and suits a department dinner. For a bigger party, the Greenhouse holds 80 seated or 100 standing in a glass-enclosed space with a retractable roof; ask whether the connected Wine Garden comes with it. Book through the Uptown events team, since the other Sixty Vines locations have different layouts.

José
4931 W Lovers Ln, Dallas, TX 75209, USA
Regional Mexican cooking and margaritas on Lovers Lane. The evening has a natural rhythm here: start with drinks, settle into dinner and let the table do the rest. It's especially good for a smaller group that wants a room with some personality. The Agave Room seats 14 and has its own entrance, television and sound system. The private Garden Patio takes 32 seated or 50 for cocktails, with a retractable roof, heaters and removable sides, and the fully private Main Patio seats 80 with a buffet or holds 100 for cocktails. The fully outdoor Taco Truck Patio needs its own weather plan.

Mesero Preston Hollow Village
7775 Firefall Way #100, Dallas, TX 75230, USA
Mexican and Tex-Mex favorites, margaritas and an upstairs event space with its own bar. Offices north of downtown should look here first when the plan is a lively dinner with room for a toast or a short presentation. The upstairs private space holds 80 seated or 100 for a reception and has a full-service bar and AV sound. The South Patio is another option at 50 seated or 75 for a reception, but it's outdoors. Specify Preston Hollow Village in the inquiry; the other Mesero locations handle private events differently.

Meso Maya Downtown
1611 McKinney Ave, Dallas, TX 75202, USA
A proper Mexican dinner and a lively room a short walk from most downtown offices. It works best when the plan is simple: bring everyone together over food and margaritas, with the menu chosen in advance so the evening moves at a comfortable pace. The downtown restaurant offers private and semi-private events with preset or customized menus for seated meals and cocktail gatherings. Give the events team your headcount and ask for the actual room and table arrangement. If there will be awards or remarks, make full privacy part of the brief.

Haywire Uptown
1920 McKinney Ave Ste 100, Dallas, TX 75201, USA
Texas food, a long whiskey list and an enclosed, climate-controlled patio with a fireplace. It's easy to picture an evening that starts with a drink and settles into a substantial meal, and the range of rooms covers everything from ten people to eighty. Start with the Mustang room for 30 guests. The Maverick holds 50 but closes with a curtain rather than a door, which matters if speeches are on the agenda. The enclosed patio takes 80 guests, and the Shasta is a much smaller setting for 10.

Celebration
4503 W Lovers Ln, Dallas, TX 75209, USA
Connected houses, a stone fireplace and homestyle Southern cooking. Chicken-fried favorites and familiar sides make it a natural fit for a holiday lunch that brings the whole team to the table, and it's the place to pick when a comfortable meal sounds better than a big night out. Private dining arrangements cover groups of 11 to 76 across the property's rooms. Give the team your guest count and ask how your party will be seated, particularly toward the larger end of that range. Private events carry a 20% gratuity, so build it into the budget from the start.

Eno's Pizza Tavern
407 N Bishop Ave, Dallas, TX 75208, USA
Pizza, craft beer and an upstairs Beer Hall in Bishop Arts. The right call for a department that would rather catch up than sit through courses; family-style and buffet arrangements keep the food easy to share. The Beer Hall seats 55 comfortably and holds 65 standing. Smaller semi-private options are the Antler room, with 30 seated, and the Game Room, which seats 20 on stools. All of the upstairs event rooms are reached by stairs only, so check that works for every guest. Event spaces carry minimum spends; ask for the amount and what counts toward it on your date.

Maggiano's Little Italy at NorthPark
205 NorthPark Ctr, Dallas, TX 75225, USA
Family-style Italian, multiple banquet rooms and clearly structured menus. This is where to go when the organizer needs 150 people fed, seated and ready for a few words of thanks without any surprises, and the food is familiar enough that nobody has to study the menu. The Grand Ballroom holds 150 seated or 200 for a reception. Smaller rooms include the Lombardo for 30 seated and the Falcone for 60. If you need a screen, stage or presentation layout, ask for the capacity with that setup in place. Start with the banquet team rather than a regular reservation so the room and menu are planned together.

Uchi Dallas
2817 Maple Ave, Dallas, TX 75201, USA
Sushi, composed dishes and a tasting-menu approach that gives colleagues something to talk about beyond work. The right pick for a smaller, adventurous team that's happy to settle in and pay attention to what arrives at the table. Uchi offers private dining and buyouts, with the room and menu arranged through the Dallas team. The regular menu includes omakase and a six-course vegetarian tasting, which gives the group useful options to discuss when planning the meal.

The Charles and Bar Charles
1632 Market Center Blvd, Dallas, TX 75207, USA
Pasta, vegetables and wood-fired meat and seafood in the Design District, with Bar Charles as a smaller setting inside the wider restaurant. This is where we'd send a close-knit team that wants good food and a dinner that feels a little dressed up. The private room at Bar Charles seats 18. Combining the room and lounge brings seated capacity to 45, and a full restaurant buyout takes 135 seated. Group menus are built for sharing: the host picks the dishes in advance, and there's no individual à la carte ordering.

Fearing's
2121 McKinney Ave, Dallas, TX 75201, USA
Southwestern cooking inside The Ritz-Carlton, which gives the dinner a sense of place and makes it the obvious choice when guests are staying at the hotel. Pick it when the guest list includes clients or colleagues flying in and you want the evening to feel connected to Dallas. Ask the events team to walk you through the settings. Sendero has movable glass walls and its own temperature control, while the wine-room setting suits a more intimate dinner. The Gallery uses a privacy curtain, so discuss how much separation you need from the surrounding restaurant, especially if the dinner includes remarks.

Al Biernat's North
5251 Spring Valley Rd, Dallas, TX 75254, USA
Steaks, seafood, wine and rooms that suit a toast, on the north side of town for companies that would rather not send everyone downtown. The range of rooms covers an intimate leadership dinner through a much larger company meal. The enclosed Boardroom seats 16 at one table or 20 across two tables and has a television. The Great Room takes 70 seated or 80 standing, with a fireplace and projector; its windows open toward the bar and dining room below, so discuss the sound setup if presentations matter. Request Al Biernat's North specifically when booking.

Truluck's Uptown
2401 McKinney Ave, Dallas, TX 75201, USA
Seafood, steak and a traditional celebratory dinner with time around the table. The group menus make it easier to agree on the shape of the meal in advance, and the private-room combinations help when your guest count is too big for a single long table but you still want a restaurant dinner. Naples Rooms 1 and 2 each seat 32, Naples Room 3 seats 24, and the combined rooms take 100 seated. Ask which arrangement leaves room for a screen, awards table or pre-dinner reception. The current group menu includes a separate vegetarian option, a helpful starting point for a meal that works for everyone.

Crown Block and The Crown Room
300 Reunion Blvd E, Dallas, TX 75207, USA
The view from Reunion Tower gives the evening a built-in sense of occasion, whether the company hosts a restaurant dinner or takes over a dedicated event floor. The booking distinction matters: Crown Block and The Crown Room are different kinds of party. Crown Block handles restaurant groups of 12 to 35, but it doesn't have a private dining room; its group charges are listed as 22% gratuity plus a 4% administration fee. The Crown Room, one floor below, is the separate event venue. A full buyout holds 220 for dinner or 260 for a reception, with optional rotation, and it's the one to choose for a substantial company celebration with a budget to match.

Town Hearth
1617 Market Center Blvd, Dallas, TX 75207, USA
The more extravagant steakhouse evening in the Design District. The Mr. Presley's private dining room seats 18, which makes it a focused option for a leadership dinner or a close-knit team. Ask for the private-event menu and minimum for your date.

Paradiso Privée
308 N Bishop Ave, Dallas, TX 75208, USA
Paradiso's private room in Bishop Arts. Privée takes 20 and offers a three-course chef's menu with wine-pairing options, which makes it an appealing alternative when the group wants an intimate restaurant celebration rather than a big room.

The Woolworth
1520 Elm St #201, Dallas, TX 75201, USA
A loft setting on Elm Street with American food and a cocktail list that lets the party go either way, which helps when some colleagues picture drinks and others want a proper dinner. The Library holds 48 seated or 65 standing, and the larger Loft takes 100 seated or 150 standing. The Library suits a smaller team dinner; the Loft gives a bigger reception room to spread out. If there are speeches, choose the space around how much privacy and sound control you'll need.

Times Ten Cellars
6324 Prospect Ave, Dallas, TX 75214, USA
A working winery in Lakewood, with cheese boards, hummus, flatbread and other small plates that lend themselves to grazing. An early-evening reception with substantial snacks is the strongest version of this party, with wine and conversation setting the pace. The Barrel Room takes 45 guests and Times Ten Too takes 70, with larger combinations available. Those are guest counts, not seated-dinner figures, so ask for a seated layout if dinner at tables is part of the plan, and settle the food arrangements before choosing the space.

Midnight Rambler
1530 Main St Ste 100, Dallas, TX 75201, USA
A subterranean cocktail lounge under The Joule, so the party feels like going out rather than sitting through a long meal. It's especially good as a planned second stop after dinner, with the food already handled and plenty of time left for drinks. The events team arranges gatherings from 12 guests through full buyouts, with cocktails, bites and help booking a DJ. Reserved space works for a smaller group; a buyout makes the lounge yours for the evening.

Community Beer Co.
3110 Commonwealth Dr, Dallas, TX 75247, USA
A brewery with an on-site kitchen, which puts it ahead of most taprooms for a group that wants dinner with its beer. The drinks list also covers cocktails, wine and nonalcoholic options, so nobody is stuck with a flight they didn't want. The second-floor taproom has its own 12-tap system and built-in AV, a useful setup for a few remarks. Other options include the first-floor taproom, the Flex Space and outdoor areas. The kitchen normally runs Wednesday through Sunday, so a Monday or Tuesday party needs a separate food arrangement.

Four Corners Brewing Co.
1311 S Ervay St, Dallas, TX 75215, USA
The Stables event spaces in The Cedars give a company its own gathering place inside a brewery, which is the combination most people want: the relaxed spirit of a beer party with enough structure for dinner, introductions or a short program. The Davis space holds 75 seated or 100 for cocktails, Lewellyn takes 125 seated or 150 for cocktails, and the Block Party configuration takes 200 seated or 250 for cocktails. The smaller Taproom Lounge is reserved space in an active bar rather than a private room. Arrange the food service separately so the meal matches the scale of the party.

The Rustic Dallas
3656 Howell St, Dallas, TX 75204, USA
Texas food, a long drinks list and a live-music backyard. It's the pick when the invitation should feel casual and the guest list is big enough that one dinner table would be limiting; group menus give you a practical way to feed everyone while keeping the night social. Groups of 20 to 40 can book selected Monday-through-Thursday events directly online, and larger parties work with the events team on individual areas or a buyout. For December, settle the indoor and backyard balance, agree on a weather plan and keep any speeches clear of the live music.

Happiest Hour
2616 Olive St, Dallas, TX 75201, USA
A big sports-and-nightlife bar on the Harwood and Victory Park edge with enough event space for a substantial cocktail gathering. Pick it when the team wants a lively bar party with room to circulate rather than a sit-down. The Garage takes 85 seated or 200 standing. Upstairs, the Rooftop Lounge holds 60 standing and the full rooftop 290 standing, but the rooftop is an outdoor booking, so write the winter plan into the agreement. A reserved section suits a group happy to share the venue's energy; a buyout gives the company more control.

CRAFT Beer Market Preston Center
5974 W Northwest Hwy, Dallas, TX 75225, USA
The newest big room on this list: CRAFT opened in April 2026 with more than 100 taps, a full food menu, private dining rooms, full buyouts and a rooftop with bocce and cornhole. It's the strongest large-group option for offices around Preston Center. Ask the Dallas group-bookings team which indoor space fits your party and treat the rooftop games as weather-dependent.

Electric Shuffle
2615 Elm St, Dallas, TX 75226, USA
Automated shuffleboard with a hosted tournament in Deep Ellum. Our first pick for a party built around an activity, because the game gives colleagues who don't usually work side by side an easy conversation starter, and food and drinks come to the group's area. Book through the company-events team so the tables, host, food and drinks are arranged as one event. Ask how many people play at once and how the tournament rotates the group through, give nonplayers somewhere comfortable to sit, and build in time between rounds for everyone to catch up.

Bowl & Barrel
8084 Park Ln Ste 145, Dallas, TX 75231, USA
Bowling, tavern food and a bar at The Shops at Park Lane. An activity everyone recognizes, and the lane-based setup makes it possible to run a friendly competition without putting the whole party on a rigid schedule. It works for a department outing or a larger event built around rotating groups. There are 15 lanes with up to six people per lane, and one- or two-hour lane minimums apply depending on the day. Choose enough playing time to let people settle in, and give nonplayers somewhere to gather. The published food packages are a useful starting point, with lanes, shoes and alcohol priced separately.

Scout at The Statler
1914 Commerce St, Dallas, TX 75201, USA
Bowling, billiards and a bar inside The Statler, which makes it the easy choice for a casual party when colleagues are staying at the hotel. Build the booking around the activities you actually want: bowling can be reserved, while the pool tables normally run as open-use games. Confirm exclusivity if that matters.
Plano
Legacy West and the Dallas Parkway corridor cover a team dinner, a wine-centered celebration or a larger gathering with room to move, and the cheapest all-in-one party in the region.

Haywire Plano
5901 Winthrop St Ste 110, Plano, TX 75024, USA
Three floors at Legacy West, a hearty Texas menu and a whiskey lounge. The Maverick Room holds up to 50 guests and the first-floor Whiskey Lounge is a semi-private setting for up to 75. For a bigger gathering, the climate-controlled Box Garden Terrace takes up to 100 and overlooks Legacy Hall's concert stage, which gives a party some energy around it. The room you choose will shape the evening, whether the plan is dinner and a toast or cocktails with the team.

Sixty Vines Plano
3701 Dallas Pkwy, Plano, TX 75093, USA
The Greenhouse is the reason to put Sixty Vines near the top of a Plano shortlist: its glass enclosure gives a team dinner a garden-party feel, with room for 70 seated or 80 at a standing reception. Wine on tap, pizza and shareable dishes suit a group that wants to linger. The Terrace Room seats 50 or holds 60 standing, and the Napa and Sonoma sections seat 30 and 20 with dividers for a semi-private department dinner. This is a separate branch from Uptown, with its own capacities.

Whiskey Cake Plano
3601 Dallas Pkwy, Plano, TX 75093, USA
The Rickhouse is the room to book when the party includes dinner, a year-end toast and a few slides: fully enclosed, up to 72 guests, AV included. The whiskey-focused drinks and comfortable restaurant setting keep the mood relaxed. Smaller departments can take Devil's Cut for up to 40 or Angel Share for up to 24; both use panel dividers, so they keep some connection to the restaurant around them.

Legacy Hall
7800 Windrose Ave., Plano, TX 75024, USA
A food hall for the office that would enjoy moving around, trying different stalls and making an evening of it. Start with the Third Floor and High Bar, which takes up to 200 guests with a private bar and an outdoor terrace, or Tonic Bar & Lounge for up to 120. The events team can arrange catering, and Hall Pass cards let guests explore the stalls on the company's tab. For a December party, pay as much attention to the indoor portion of the booking as the terrace.

Pinstack Plano
6205 Dallas Pkwy, Plano, TX 75024, USA
Bowling, laser tag, a ropes course and an arcade, with a private event room for up to 200 and a VIP bowling suite. It's the turnkey option when the brief is "give everyone something to do and feed them," and the only suburban venue here with a published holiday packet: lane packages and a holiday banquet both start at $28.99 per guest off-peak, with a 20-guest minimum for the room and food add-ons from $4 to $13 a head. Service charge and tax are added to the bill, and holiday dates run December 1 through January 2.
Frisco, The Colony and Allen
The Star brings polished dinners and a little spectacle, historic downtown Frisco offers a more intimate setting, and Grandscape and Allen give the evening an activity.

Dee Lincoln Prime
6670 Winning Dr #400, Frisco, TX 75034, USA
Prime steaks, seafood and sushi at The Star, for a company that's treating the evening as a proper occasion. The private rooms cover several useful sizes: Ring of Honor seats 24, Hall of Fame seats 45, and the combined Champion Room stretches to 70 for dinner or 80 for a reception, with screens and sound controls for presentations. Published dinner menus run $90 to $150 per person, a useful food-cost starting point before the bar and event terms.

The Glen
6655 Winning Dr Ste 600, Frisco, TX 75034, USA
Interior trees, lush florals, cocktails and a dining room built for spectacle. The Frisco pick for a team that likes dressing up and going out. The private Wine Cellar seats 40 or takes 50 for cocktails, the semi-private Atrium seats 35, and a full buyout reaches 200 seated or 250 cocktail-style. Published set dinner menus run $85 to $160 per person and cocktail food menus $39 to $64; the Wine Cellar's minimum spend sits apart from sales tax, a 22% gratuity and room rental, so get all four in the same proposal. Any live entertainment should be part of the booking conversation.

Lombardi Cucina Italiana Frisco
6655 Winning Dr, Frisco, TX 75034, USA
Handmade pasta, olive trees and chandeliers at The Star, with a private room alongside main-dining and patio options. The set menus start with sociable family-style courses and include choices beyond steak, from chicken and salmon to pasta. The Venezia, Firenze and Positano menus are $80, $100 and $125 per person before added charges, and the menus mark prices "++", so have the proposal spell out service, tax, drinks and any minimum.

Randy's Steakhouse
7026 Main St, Frisco, TX 75033, USA
A Victorian house in historic downtown Frisco with seven dining rooms and the comfort of a traditional steakhouse dinner. Published party packages run $60 to $80 per person; the $65 option includes an eight-ounce filet among its entrée choices, plus salad, sides and dessert. Ask which dining room fits your group and have the bar, room terms and added charges in the proposal before comparing it with other venues.

Puttery at Grandscape
5762 Grandscape Blvd Ste 105, The Colony, TX 75056, USA
Four themed indoor putting courses, food and cocktails, with event spaces from the Den for 12–15 guests through the Parlor for 60 to a full-building buyout for 450. The second-floor buyout also takes up to 60. Build the booking around time to play, a substantial food spread and somewhere to settle between rounds. The location is branded Puttery Dallas, but the party is in The Colony, so use that address on the invitation.

Topgolf Allen
1500 Andrews Pkwy, Allen, TX 75002, USA
The biggest named-room inventory in the northern suburbs: the Signature Room combines three rooms for 50 to 300, the Rooftop Terrace holds 245, the Beer Garden 100, the Sky Bar 100 and the Game Hall 50, with a full buyout near 1,000. Event packages for 13 or more players start at $42 per person with two hours of play, before tax, service charge and admin fees; groups of 7 to 24 book online and larger parties go through the events team. Topgolf posted 2026 holiday buffet menus and a December Monday half-price game-play offer at the end of September.
Fort Worth
Downtown private rooms, Clearfork steakhouse dining and the Stockyards' mix of Texas cooking, beer and music. There's enough here to build a Fort Worth shortlist of its own.

Joe T. Garcia's
2201 N Commerce St, Fort Worth, TX 76164, USA
Enchiladas, fajitas and margaritas on the famous Stockyards patio compound, with enough room for a whole department. La Casita holds 25–30 guests and La Villa takes 35–48; bigger teams have several larger indoor and garden spaces, and the Mariachi and Yucatan rooms are enclosed for winter. Book a designated private space if the team needs its own area, since a regular reservation shares the restaurant. Joe T.'s has long run on cash and checks rather than cards, so settle the payment method with the events team before accounting hears about it.

B&B Butchers Fort Worth
5212 Marathon Ave, Fort Worth, TX 76109, USA
A dry-aged steakhouse at Clearfork that can shape a celebration several ways. The Butcher Shop becomes a dining space for 35 seated or 40 for cocktails, a distinctive setting for a client dinner. Upstairs, the Gearhart Room takes 60 seated or 75 for cocktails and has elevator access, though it overlooks the restaurant. The downstairs Worth Room seats 80 but is semi-private. Choose the room around the evening you want: a focused dinner with customers, a department celebration or a reception with wine and passed appetizers.

97 West Kitchen & Bar
200 Mule Alley, Fort Worth, TX 76164, USA
Hotel Drover's Stockyards setting and a Texas-centered menu, with family-style options like smoked salmon, filet and seasonal sides that make sharing part of the occasion. The Laura Goodson Room takes up to 40 guests, the indoor Chef's Table seats 13–16 near the kitchen, and smaller private rooms seat up to 12 each with AV for a short presentation. The natural pick when the invitation includes clients or colleagues staying in Fort Worth.

Grace
777 Main St, Fort Worth, TX 76102, USA
The easiest downtown Fort Worth dinner to size properly: Room One seats 10–12, Room Two 12–16, Room Three up to 24 and Room Four up to 48, with presentation equipment available for the thank-you speech. Modern American menus give guests a choice of steak, fish, chicken or pasta, and a vegan option is available on each private menu. Published private-dining menus run $99 to $119 per person, with drinks, tax and a 23% service charge on top.

Lonesome Dove Fort Worth
2406 N Main St, Fort Worth, TX 76164, USA
Elk sliders, bison and rabbit-rattlesnake sausage alongside beef and seafood, for visiting clients or a team ready to make dinner the main event. The Trail Room seats 20. La Cava seats 60 or holds 80 standing, with a wine display, private bar and restroom, and the Dove Lease seats 40 or takes 50 standing with its own entrance. Those indoor spaces are the ones to start with for a December party in the Stockyards.

il Modo
714 Main St, Fort Worth, TX 76102, USA
A private pasta-making workshop that turns the holiday meal into something to do together: 90 minutes, capped at 12 participants, with instruction, a pasta dinner and a recipe card to take home, and optional wine pairings. For a conventional celebration, the private dining room seats up to 18. House-made pasta and customizable Italian menus keep the focus on dinner, and the Kimpton Harper location is a short walk from the downtown offices.

Reata Fort Worth
530 Throckmorton St, Fort Worth, TX 76102, USA
Tenderloin tamales and chicken-fried steak at Reata's current home on the ground floor of The Tower. The Cowboy Room seats 10 in a completely private setting, and the Cactus Room seats 16 at two rounds of eight with a television for a short presentation. Those proportions suit a leadership dinner or a close-knit department that wants time to talk. Use the Throckmorton address on the invitation; the old Houston Street rooftop is gone.

Maple Branch Craft Brewery
2628 Whitmore St, Fort Worth, TX 76107, USA
House-brewed beer, a biergarten and food that can be arranged in advance, with wine and nonalcoholic choices for breadth. Group options run from reservations for 15–20 through events for 20–65 and larger gatherings, with the specific space arranged through the event team. The brewery doesn't allow microphones or speakers, so keep the speeches short and unamplified.

Second Rodeo Brewing
122 E Exchange Ave #340, Fort Worth, TX 76164, USA
The Stockyards choice for an office that wants country music, beer and a loud, happy evening. The on-site kitchen serves burgers, cheesesteaks and wings, and the bar pours cocktails as well as house beer. Rentable areas run from the 14-seat Brewery Table to Outlaw Country for 30, the Cell Block for 60 and the Folsom Beer Hall for 190, with full buyouts up to 900 that include the live music. Book through the events team, then let mingling, music and casual food set the pace.

Topgolf Fort Worth
2201 E 4th St, Fort Worth, TX 76102, USA
The default activity party on the Fort Worth side, a few minutes east of downtown. The Signature Room holds 250, the Rooftop Terrace 178, the Lower Level Lounge 82 and a conference room 12, with a full buyout near 1,000. Groups of 7 to 24 book online with two hours of play and casual fare or a catered buffet; 25 or more go through the events team. Topgolf's 2026 holiday menus and a half-price game-play offer for December Monday parties were announced at the end of September.
Irving and Las Colinas
For an office in Las Colinas, these two keep the celebration close to work while giving the group a space of its own.

The Ranch at Las Colinas
857 W John Carpenter Fwy, Irving, TX 75039, USA
Bars and several dining spaces that let a bigger group spread out, with Texas cooking and the option of a room of your own for a few year-end remarks. The Eldorado holds up to 80 with the doors closed. The semi-private Fleetwood also takes 80 and has AV, and Chef's Corner gives up to 34 guests a private bar and a view of the open kitchen.

Whiskey Cake Las Colinas
3225 Regent Blvd, Irving, TX 75063, USA
Reclaimed wood, a whiskey-focused bar and a little breathing room for a department dinner. The Rickhouse is the one to book for up to 45: fully enclosed, with complimentary AV for remarks or a slideshow. For a smaller, more casual gathering, the high tops take up to 24. This Rickhouse is smaller than the Plano one, so quote the Las Colinas figure.
Grapevine and Southlake
Wine rooms, a Main Street winery and a polished seafood dinner give this part of the metroplex several ways to make a smaller celebration feel special.

Bacchus Kitchen + Bar at Hotel Vin
215 E Dallas Rd, Grapevine, TX 76051, USA
Seasonal food, cocktails and a serious wine list inside Hotel Vin, which makes it convenient when colleagues are staying overnight on Grapevine's Christmas-heavy Main Street. The Riedel Wine Room is the sweet spot for an intimate party: a private dining space for up to 16 with a wine wall and natural light. For a cocktail-focused gathering, the hotel's 18-seat Magnum Speakeasy has a tucked-away setting and Prohibition-inspired drinks.

Messina Hof Grapevine Winery
201 S Main St, Grapevine, TX 76051, USA
A Texas winery tasting room on Main Street, with several tasting areas, small plates and a veranda over the street; local catering partners can provide a fuller meal. The second floor takes 80–120 guests across multiple event rooms depending on the arrangement, and a full winery buyout is possible. Messina Hof publishes a named Holiday Corporate Cocktail package built around 75 guests for three hours, with a two-hour minimum on all events and tax and gratuity extra.

Truluck's Southlake
1420 Plaza Pl, Southlake, TX 76092, USA
Seafood, steak and cocktails that make the meal feel like the occasion, for a Southlake team planning a dressier dinner. The fully private Capri Room seats up to 36 or holds 50 for a cocktail reception. Group dinner menus run $90 to $155 per person with a separate $75 vegetarian menu; bread and coffee are included, while alcohol, tax, gratuity and any room or AV charges sit outside those prices. Complimentary valet comes with private dining.
Arlington
An inn and garden setting suits a dinner-focused team; Texas Live! makes sense when the brief calls for a larger, livelier night out.

Restaurant506 at The Sanford House
506 N Center St, Arlington, TX 76011, USA
A dinner-party setting with gardens just outside the door. The inn's own restaurant handles the catering, so the evening can be a plated dinner, a buffet or a small-plates reception with full bar service. The Renoir Room takes up to 50 guests across a range of layouts, with vaulted ceilings and views over the property; adding the neighboring patio expands the gathering to 75 across indoor and outdoor space. Smaller teams can use the additional private dining areas.

Troy's at Texas Live!
1650 E Randol Mill Rd #100, Arlington, TX 76011, USA
Burgers, margaritas, big screens and a stage, with a rustic interior that opens onto a large garden patio at Texas Live!. The event space takes 125 seated or 175 standing, which makes it useful for a substantial team. For a winter party, match the indoor space to the guest list before counting on the patio. Stadium events change the parking and the atmosphere around the district, and its general 21-plus entry policy after 9 p.m. matters for teams with younger colleagues.
Addison and Richardson
Belt Line offers classic steakhouse rooms and a compact Airstream dinner; in Richardson, pizza and pasta make an easy start for a department celebration.

Ida Claire
5001 Belt Line Rd, Dallas, TX 75254, USA
Southern comfort food and family-style appetizers for a small office that wants its holiday dinner to have some personality. The real draw for a compact team is the Airstream: a completely private, climate-controlled dining space for up to 12 seated guests. Larger groups can book the high-top area for up to 60, with views of the kitchen and bar keeping the mood lively; the patio also seats 60, but the Airstream is the snug option when a December dinner needs to stay out of the weather.

Chamberlain's Steak & Fish
5330 Belt Line Rd, Dallas, TX 75254, USA
White linens, mahogany, a serious wine collection and a table where the evening can unfold over several courses. The range of private rooms is what makes it useful when the guest list falls between a leadership dinner and a company-wide celebration: the Wine Room holds up to 20, the Executive Room 24, the Board Room 36, the Proprietor's Room 82, and the Board and Proprietor's rooms combine for 108 seated. Several spaces have projectors and screens for a brief presentation.

Partenope Ristorante Richardson
110 S Greenville Ave, Richardson, TX 75081, USA
Neapolitan pizza and pasta that give a shared dinner an easy rhythm, with a private room that makes a department celebration with a short toast practical. The Richardson private dining room seats 40 and has Wi-Fi and a wall-mounted television for a short year-end presentation. Free parking behind the restaurant keeps the arrival simple. For an Italian dinner with colleagues based in Richardson, this is one of the first rooms we'd consider.
McKinney and Denton
Keep the evening close to home with a private steakhouse room, seasonal cooking in a restored Masonic building, a brewery campus or a flexible downtown Denton gathering.

Rick's Chophouse
107 N Kentucky St, McKinney, TX 75069, USA
A steakhouse inside The Grand Hotel on McKinney's downtown square, which suits a dinner with visiting colleagues and lets a small team feel gathered rather than lost in a big event space. Rick's 110 takes 60 for dinner or 75 for cocktails, with its own bar, restroom and entrance through the hotel lobby. The Wine Room seats 34 and the cookbook-lined Library seats 28. The hotel's Grand Ballroom (150 plated / 170 reception) is a separate, larger event option.

Harvest at the Masonic
215 N Kentucky St, McKinney, TX 75069, USA
Seasonal cooking tied to North Texas farms inside a restored Masonic building, for colleagues who'd enjoy a thoughtful dinner with time to settle in. Chef Dre's Room on the second floor seats 48 for a private meal. The Masonic Lounge offers a different kind of party for up to 150 guests, but its buyout options are tied to Sundays, Mondays and daytime events, so the dining room is the choice for a weeknight dinner.

TUPPS Brewery
402 E Louisiana St Bldg 2, McKinney, TX 75069, USA
McKinney's showpiece brewery in a restored grain mill, with on-site catering, hosted or ticketed bar packages, a stage and microphone, and plenty of parking. The Beer Hall seats up to 200 with a total occupancy of 225, and the campus also has a Grain Patio, Brewer's Box, Barrel Room and Mezzanine for smaller groups; ask the events office for the capacity of each. The casual, big-group option north of 121.

Hannah's Off the Square
111 W Mulberry St, Denton, TX 76201, USA
Seasonal American cooking with wine and cocktails in downtown Denton, and an events program that covers anything from a seated meal to a reception with passed bites. Choose among the private dining room, the Bridge and Cavern spaces or a full restaurant booking; customized menus and lunch, dinner or brunch buffets are available. The pick for an office that wants to celebrate in Denton without building the evening around travel.
What to budget for a DFW office holiday party
Compare the total for your actual group, room and date. These published food and activity prices, checked October 20–21, 2026, are a starting point, not complete holiday-party quotes. A menu price is one part of the budget, and a room's minimum spend can be higher than the menu price multiplied by your headcount.
| Venue | Published starting point | What to add or confirm |
|---|---|---|
| Bowl & Barrel, Dallas (September 2026 packet) | $15.95 / $25.95 / $31.95 per person food packages; the $15.95 option is light bites | Lanes $40/hour Sun–Thu or $70/hour Fri–Sat, shoes $6, alcohol extra; one- or two-hour lane minimums by day |
| The Rustic Dallas (April 2026 packet) | $24.95 per person, two-protein Tejas group food menu | Drinks, event terms and charges extra; spring packet, so confirm the holiday version |
| Pinstack Plano (July 2026 holiday packet) | Lane packages and holiday banquet from $28.99 per guest off-peak; food add-ons $4–$13 | Service charge and tax added; 20-guest minimum for the private room; 50% deposit |
| Topgolf Allen and Fort Worth (2026 packages) | Event packages for 13+ players from $42 per person with two hours of play | Tax, service charge and admin fees extra; per-person food packages not published |
| Randy's Steakhouse, Frisco (current packages, undated) | $60 / $65 / $75 / $80 per person party menus with salad, sides and dessert; the $65 menu includes a filet option | Bar, room terms, tax and added charges separate |
| Maggiano's NorthPark (July 2026 banquet menu) | $71 family-style dinner; $105 Tuscan package with four hours of beer and wine | Tax extra; gratuity discretionary; minimums depend on the event |
| The Charles, Dallas (August 2026 event menu) | $79 or $99 per person shared group menus | Drinks, minimum spend and event charges separate |
| The Henry, Dallas (September 2026 packet) | $80 / $95 / $110 per person group dinner menus | Bar packages, tax and service charges extra; see the fee note below |
| Lombardi Cucina, Frisco (current set menus, undated) | $80 / $100 / $125 per person Venezia, Firenze and Positano menus, marked ++ | Have the proposal spell out service, tax, drinks and any minimum |
| The Glen, Frisco (current event packet, undated) | $85–$160 per person set dinner menus; cocktail food menus $39 / $50 / $64 | F&B minimum, sales tax, 22% gratuity and room rental affect the total |
| Dee Lincoln Prime, Frisco (current private-dining menus, undated) | $90 / $120 / $150 per person dinner menus | Drinks, room minimums and event charges not established by the menus alone |
| Truluck's Uptown (current group menu) | $90–$155 per person; separate vegetarian menu $75 | Alcohol, tax and gratuity extra |
| Truluck's Southlake (group pricing updated July 31, 2026) | $90–$155 per person with bread and coffee; separate vegetarian menu $75 | Alcohol, tax and gratuity extra; room and AV charges may apply |
| Grace, Fort Worth (current private-dining menus, undated) | $99 / $109 / $119 per person; vegan option on each menu | Drinks, tax and the published 23% service charge extra |
Keep the menu price and minimum spend separate. A food-and-beverage minimum is a threshold for eligible spending. Ask what counts toward it and how a shortfall is charged. At The Glen, the Wine Cellar's published minimum doesn't include sales tax, its 22% gratuity or room rental, so those items belong in the same proposal.
Read the service-charge line. At The Henry, the usual event service charge is 4.25%, with tax extra and gratuity discretionary. Events with a food-and-beverage minimum above $10,000, or a full restaurant buyout, carry a 23% service charge instead, which replaces the usual service-plus-gratuity arrangement rather than adding to it. Grace publishes a 23% service charge on private dining; Crown Block's restaurant groups carry 22% gratuity plus a 4% administration fee.
Give a large buyout its own budget. The full Crown Room's published evening minimums are $22,000 Sunday through Thursday, $25,000 Friday and $28,000 Saturday. Those amounts already include the experience fee; a 26% service charge and tax are extra. Treat this as a company-event budget, not a per-person menu.
Leave yourself a little flexibility. For a smaller budget, compare a team lunch, an earlier weekday gathering or a simpler food-and-drinks format, and look at the activity venues, where the published per-person packages start under $30. Ask each venue for the same guest count, duration and bar plan so the proposals line up. A January celebration is worth considering if the team is flexible.
Questions to send with your inquiry. Your preferred date and two alternatives with start and finish times and the specific DFW location; the expected guest count including plus-ones; whether it's a seated dinner, cocktail party or activity event, plus any planned remarks; your total budget, food preferences, dietary needs and bar plan; and how much privacy you need, and whether a patio or rooftop would work.
How to choose a party everyone will enjoy
Choose the part of DFW first. Start with where the team works and where people will be coming from that evening. A Plano office, a downtown Fort Worth team and a group arriving at DFW Airport need very different shortlists. If colleagues are spread across the metroplex, agree on the location before comparing menus.
Decide what the evening is for. A seated dinner is ideal when the point is time together around a table. A cocktail reception works better when people should move between departments. Games give a new or mixed team an easy way to meet. Make that call before falling for a room that doesn't suit the plan.
Book the room you need. If there will be speeches, awards or a presentation, ask about doors, curtains, background music, microphones and the layout with the screen in place. A private room, a semi-private section and a full buyout give you different degrees of control.
Build the whole budget at once. Request food, drinks, minimum spend, room or experience fees, service charges, gratuity, tax and any activity costs in one proposal. Ask what counts toward the minimum and how a shortfall is charged. Include plus-ones before comparing prices.
Make winter comfort part of the booking. For a patio or rooftop party, find out which parts are enclosed and heated, and what happens if the weather makes the booked area unusable. Get the indoor alternative and any change in capacity in writing before invitations go out.
Make the meal work for everyone. Choose a substantial vegetarian main, discuss allergies with the events team and include appealing nonalcoholic drinks. At an activity venue, make sure there's seating and enough food for colleagues who'd rather watch.
Keep getting there simple. Include parking, valet and transportation in the plan. For Arlington's entertainment district, check the stadium calendar alongside the party date. Use the exact venue address and branch on the invitation, and send the same brief to your final three choices so you can compare like for like.
